Vantage’s official announcement places Frontier in Shackelford County and describes a $25 billion development across 1,200 acres with 10 data centers and 3.7 million square feet. Its data sheet reports 1.4 GW of critical-IT load at full development, multiple feeds, N+1 systems, and liquid cooling.

A TDLR Frontier project record identifies Vantage DC Abilene TX3 / Project Frontier at 246 PR 1604 Building 10, with a 344,796-square-foot new building, $945 million estimated cost, Project Registered status, and completion scheduled in 2027. That building layer is not the full campus figure. TYPE3’s TX-351/FM604 reference and Vantage’s Shackelford County designation should be retained together.

Keep Frontier separate from Vantage TX301/TX310 and unrelated Taylor County projects. The 1.4 GW number is full-campus critical-IT design scale, not current metered load, delivered utility power, or available capacity.
